My Non-Alcoholic Holistic Bar
Let’s face it, when you get the luxury of becoming an adult, there is something so glamorous about having an at-home bar area. Whether it’s the aesthetic (🙋🏻♀️) or the hosting people over that draws us to want one, there is an undeniable fact that creating a bar area makes us feel like we have it together. The pretty glass bottles, the sparkly stemware, and all the fun additions that we add do make at-home drinking easier and more accessible.
The only downfall of that is what if you don’t drink? Or what if you don’t even like alcohol?!
And that’s where a Holistic Cocktail bar comes in.
My Holistic Bar is stocked with non-alcoholic spirits, healthy mixers, and wellness tinctures to give similar effects to alcohol without the hangovers.
To make your own Holistic at-home bar, start with what you can and build over time. Get comfortable with what you find you like and expand from there. You can check out my discounts here to save yourself some money too. There’s no set right or wrong way to build one, but here’s what I stock myself with.
P.S. I’m making it a New Years’ resolution to ditch products with natural flavors in their ingredient list (yay!) but that also means that there are some items listed that do contain natural flavors.
Non-Alcoholic Spirits
Spirits are always a fun way to spice up any drink without having to worry about the booze but instead, it gives you a chance to elevate the flavors of your Holistic Cocktails.
Tinctures
The real bread and butter in my opinion when it comes to Holistic Cocktails are the tinctures that are added to give the effects you would want while drinking. These are the tinctures you can typically find me adding to my drinks or event carrying in my purse to add to a mocktail at the bar.
Mixers
Mixers are always needed for almost any drink. Think of it as the foundation to your Holistic Drink. It’s the flavors that play the most role in these drinks, an some times they have additional health benefits as well.
Glassware
Glassware is the presentation to your drink, so having some pretty stemware can really elevate your drink and make you feel extra fancy while drinking your Holistic Cocktail. All of my glassware is lead-free and plastic-free to ensure nothing is contaminating my drinks.
