When I used to drink, Lemon Drops were one of my favorite cocktails. There’s nothing like the sweet sugar rim to compliment this sour drink. A Holistic Lemon Drop was on my list of drinks to make. Luckily enough, I found something that can definitely elevate this drink and that is a PINK lemon!
Pink lemons are less tart than regular lemons and have a light floral flavor, which is a perfect pairing for this glamourous drink.
Adding in some tinctures that help with skin health (like I said – glamorous), and also help boost your mood and decrease stress is what makes this drink a great alternative to a conventional Lemon Drop Martini.
If you’re wanting to be extra healthy and omit the cane sugar, coconut or monk sugar are great alternatives!
~ For honey syrup, mix a 1:1 ratio of honey and filtered water into a pot. Simmer until honey is dissolved.
~~ For the sugar rim, mix together the sugar with dried edible flowers. Rim glass with lemon wedge then dip into sugar mixture.
