Gratitude is a simple thing that you can do that makes a big impact on your mental health. On a neurological standpoint, when you are in a state of gratitude, your brain changes your neural pathways to help reduce stress, improve your immune system, and increases your dopamine.
With that said, I wanted to make a drink that is one of my favorites and reminds me of home. My take on an espresso martini is a Vietnamese Espresso Martini with the classic condensed milk. This drink has hemp and adrenal support to combat jitters and give you a good boost of energy.
